We specialize in connecting our agents with top-tier educators. We host regular group events to keep our agents fully engaged. By combining information from our global affiliates and unparalleled knowledge of our local area, we offer learning opportunities that help our agents win business right away.

 

Mentorship Program

 

We promise our clients the gold standard of customer service and expertise. Knowing professional development in real estate is a collaborative effort to uphold the integrity of our industry, we require all agents with less than three transactions of experience to participate and complete our mentorship program.

Any agent can choose to participate as a mentee. Full-time Mentors meet with their mentees once a week until the mentee has completed the program and reviewed all contracts for 4 transactions to include a minimum of 1 listing (excluding land listings).


Mentors work with no more than 10 mentees at a time. The goal is to ensure the mentor can give each mentee the same high level of service.


We acknowledge that part-time agents may have responsibilities and constraints outside of their real estate work, but these agents will be held to the same expectations as full-time agents. In other words, the mentor will help the mentee figure out how to be a part-time agent and full-time professional.
